The interview was pretty straightforward, and they mostly asked basic questions. No tough questions, and if you know your resume or /CV well, then you should be good. Good luck with any efforts!
I interviewed with a Senior Scientist, the Department Head of Formulations, and HR. The interview took about an hour, not counting the time for a lengthy written questionnaire. The Senior Scientist asked some challenging and interesting questions. While the Senior Scientist had a thick accent which made communication a bit difficult, the technical terms were understandable.
They asked some general questions about my previous experience and my knowledge of using HPLC. The questions were very easy. They do sponsor H1B visas, but mentioned it might take over two years to apply.
