Appareo Systems Interview Questions

Had a phone screen interview. Then I had a second interview with one person from the hiring team. They asked the typical interview questions. The second interviewer made it seem like there would be another interview with the whole team when they were all free, but then they stopped responding to my follow-up messages.

This was a long process, taking about a month. There were 4 rounds in total, starting with a recruiter call. They said it would be done in a couple of weeks, but it ended up being one more round than expected. The technical rounds had a lot of repetitive questions; I didn't see the need for an extra tech session. I answered everything well, even questions outside the job description like about C++ stack concepts (FIFO/LIFO) and embedded systems, even though C++ wasn't listed. I finished the coding challenge in 15 minutes, but then got a rejection from HR the following week.

It was a pretty good interview. The interviewers were nice, but some questions were a bit beyond my experience. They were very friendly and professional, especially the recruiter. They were transparent about the interview process.
