They asked me a few basic questions about my background and why I wanted this job, and what experience I had that was related to the position.
The entire day was dedicated to the interview process. I met with the CEO, CNO, and the chief of surgery. There was also a second meeting, which was a dinner. During that dinner, the director did most of the talking, and it was difficult to get a word in.
The interview process felt comfortable and personalized. They really seemed interested in my career goals and asked about my past clinical and internship experiences. They went over the job duties in detail and made sure to answer all my questions. They also inquired about any volunteer work I might have done.
