Candidate-reported interview process

I talked to the internal talent acquisition manager. The questions were pretty standard but super repetitive, it felt like the interviewer was just going through the motions 'cause a lot of the questions were things I'd already answered. They said I'd hear back in a week or two, but then I got ghosted.

What a unique hiring experience. It's not every day you get interviewed for the wrong role. And then ghosted? In 2025? Interesting decision! Truly a standout process. If you’re seeking something memorably chaotic, this organization absolutely delivers. The sole recruiter is a very bad representative for this organization.

It was a pleasant and informative interview process. I wasn't told beforehand how many staff would be there, which was a lot more than I expected. I had a phone interview and then an in-person one.
