Candidate-reported interview process

HR emailed me to set up a Teams call. I had a 30 minute interview with HR about my experience and skills. I heard back with feedback two working days later.

The interview process was really great. You get a sense of the company culture from the first interview with a recruiter all the way to the final interview. It was very professional and respectful. The work environment is based on the team.

It was a pretty thorough interview process that included a writing test. They gave me some materials to write a factsheet on biosimilars. They were really trying to find the best candidates for the job. Overall, it was a good interview experience.
