The interview was quite short and pleasant. They didn't ask many questions. The interviewers were polite. They mentioned that the leaders conduct the interviews for the people who apply.
The process was turnkey, everyone was super talented and accomplished. First, I went through a recruiter who set up the interview with the manager. After that interview was approved, I traveled to the home office for the final interview with everyone in house, including the VP of sales.
The interview process spanned two months and began with a phone call with the hiring manager. If successful, the next stage was an in-person meeting with the VP of Sales and other marketing team members. Securing the hiring manager's buy-in was crucial for advancing. It was a pretty standard interview experience overall.
