I talked with some of the higher ups and HR. They were nice and seemed friendly, but also stressed. A lot of the conversation was around how I handle busy times like month-end close.
It was a good experience, professional and didn’t waste my time. I liked the communication and the details they gave about the process. I would suggest giving them a try. This was a few years back though, before Covid.
I had a video call with the head of the department. It was about 30 minutes long and felt more like a chat than a Q&A. Overall, it was a good experience.
