The interview process felt a bit much and not enough all at once. I spent about three hours talking to different managers and employees, but it seemed like they just grabbed whoever was free to make it seem more thorough than it was. The actual questions were strange and clearly asked by people who weren't ready to interview candidates. I would have preferred a shorter interview with better questions.

First, you'll get an email with some questions to answer. If those look good, they'll email you to set up a call. This first call might be with one person or a few. If you get past that, you'll do an in-person interview at the office (if you're not moving) and meet most of the team, one by one. This in-person part should be under 2 hours. If you nail the in-person, expect an offer a few days later.
