I wouldn't suggest this place. They make it sound really relaxed, almost too relaxed, to the point where it doesn't feel like a real job setting. They call it customer support, but they often push sales tactics that aren't actually part of customer support. I'm not sure if they do this on purpose or just forget. The people are cool and you wouldn't mind hanging out with them, but you probably wouldn't want to work with them.
The hiring process for this role involved a personality test, followed by a cognitive assessment. After these initial stages, I was invited for a phone interview and then a final in-person meeting. The entire process was quite swift, concluding in about a week. My advice is to dress professionally and approach the interviews with enthusiasm and preparation.
The interview questions flowed smoothly. I had a friendly interaction with the interviewer. The processing was efficient and systematic. Not much else to say, but happy days and bless up, y'all.
