APM Terminals Manager interviews, decoded.

This was a long interview process. After completing an online quiz and two phone interviews, I never heard back with feedback or even a decline. I waited a really long time.

I was called for an interview at their Lower Parel office for 3 potential positions. The interview started late due to office staff delays, and the test system also had issues, delaying the test start. I completed two tests around 11 AM, which were crucial for proceeding. Although I cleared the tests, the interview couldn't proceed as the interviewer was unavailable due to prior scheduling and overall delays. I was informed of a reschedule. After a 10-day follow-up, I learned the position was on hold. I have some feedback for APMT regarding hiring senior roles.

The interview process was great and the people were professional. It was an easy process if you have good experience and a strong background. They are looking for qualified candidates with excellent work ethics and good judgment.
