The interview process was very easy and straightforward. They asked some very basic questions, and there was nothing difficult about it. I was offered the job on the spot, but I declined because of the company's reputation. Apparently, a lot of people quit this job.
First, HR will chat with you, then there's a second round with the manager and about 8 peers from the RD team. Since I'm a new grad with a Master's, I presented my thesis and projects.
I had an online interview first with prerecorded questions that had a time limit to answer. The process wasn't stressful because they gave time to understand the question and you could listen to the questions beforehand. Practice questions were also given before starting the online interview.
