It was a fun conversation type of thing, they try to make sure the person interviewing is comfortable. It was a fun environment and I was asked to do an on-the-spot assessment within a time limit to make sure I was competent for the role.
It was a really informative interview with great questions. They seemed focused on making sure I'd gain skills that align with my studies. The whole thing was done over the phone, and it was a nice experience.
I had an in-person interview with the department manager at their office. They looked over my resume and asked me questions about it, along with some behavioral ones.
