Candidate-reported interview process

It was a pretty standard and easy interview process. I first had a short talk with a senior HR person, and then a week after that I had another interview with the Customer Service Manager. All the questions asked were behavioral.

It was an informal chat. The main thing is to dress nice and be personable. Hiring managers are very friendly and are evaluating your personality as much as anything else. CSR experience is a huge plus I’m sure but I didn’t have any and I charmed my way through.

The interview had 2 stages. The first was a teamwork workshop where I worked with other candidates on a task to find the best solution. The second interview was in person with HR and was pretty straightforward with usual questions. HR told me I'd hear back in a week, but I never did, which was unprofessional.
