They checked my communication skills in one interview round. They wanted to see how clearly and confidently I could introduce myself and talk about my background, strengths, and personality. I also had to show how well I could articulate my ideas and keep a positive, professional tone.
The interview process was pretty organized. It began with a screening, then technical interviews, and finally an HR round. They communicated well and the interviewers were professional. But, it took them a while to get back with the results. All in all, it was a fair and informative experience.
They were very persistent when they wanted to schedule for an interview, but after the interview they stopped communicating. I followed-up with them a couple days after as I have not heard from them and all I got was that they have yet to hear from the client. At this point it just felt like a scam and it is hard not to believe what they say about the company.
