Candidate-reported interview process

I had one video call that was about 30 minutes long. There were two interviewers, one of whom had been with the company longer than the other. They asked me a bunch of questions that were pretty standard and basic, and then they let me ask my own questions.

I had a chat with the recruiter first, then the hiring manager. The recruiter did a phone call, then I had a Microsoft Teams meeting with the hiring manager. I was supposed to have a panel interview next, but then they suddenly told me I didn't get the job.
