The interview process was pretty smooth and not overly challenging. The questions were quite direct, and a significant portion of the time was spent discussing the company. Overall, it was a decent experience.
I spoke with the hiring manager on the phone first, and then I went in person to their office for another interview. The in-person part was with the department manager and an employee there. They mostly talked about my background and how familiar I am with loss prevention.
It was a pretty standard interview process. The first round was a Zoom call, then I had to complete an evaluation, and the second round was in person. Since it's a sales role, they really wanted to gauge my personality and how I'd interact with customers. Even though I don't have a ton of sales experience, the process was fairly straightforward and everyone was friendly. I was already familiar with the local branch from my previous work, though I hadn't met the interviewers before.
