The video call interview was good. They asked for an introduction about my experience, my earlier projects, and real-time experience questions. It was technical and overall took about 40 to 45 minutes. It was a good experience with a nice HR team.
Had an aptitude test covering logic and testing knowledge. Then there was the first interview round, which also included a communication round. The second round was a deep dive into technical knowledge, including questions about real-world scenarios and test case preparation. Finally, there was an HR round.
The interview process was really professional. First, there was an HR round where they got a general idea about my work experience. Then, a technical written round followed by a technical interview. The technical interview focused on my test strategy in a given work environment, how I approach testing, and my ability to derive test scenarios for a specific application. The final round was another HR session for a general discussion about my past work. The whole thing was super quick and well-organized. Overall, it was a great experience.
