Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process is quite long, and it takes about 30 days after the interviews are done to get the results. The interview rounds are: 1. Telephonic Round. 2. One-on-one with the Ops and Quality Manager. 3. Final Round - Operations Round.

The recruiter initially mentioned 3 interview rounds (2 from Technosoft, 1 from the client). But after the first client interview, another one was scheduled. All interviews faced rescheduling due to panelist availability, though we were informed in advance. Throughout, the recruiter stressed the project's criticality and my commitment. She repeatedly confirmed my notice period, other interviews, offers, and satisfaction with the role and compensation. She also asked about submitting original documents. After the 4th round, she indicated I was nearly through, pending approvals, but there was no update for over two weeks.

The interviewer was really good, cool, and patient enough to listen. They were on point and clear about what they wanted. No written test was conducted.
