The overall experience was good. The interview process from start to end, including follow-ups for updates by Bhanupriya, was good. Bhanupriya is a good recruiter. The joining and induction process was a good start by Abhishek and Radhika. Abhishek gave a good walkthrough and explanation about each and every page workflow. Radhika gave a good walkthrough on induction. Interview scheduling and status updates from clients by Bhanupriya showed she took care of the entire process. It was clean and transparent, which is good to have from good recruiters.

After the HR discussion and joining formalities, they said they were releasing an offer letter. After I wasted a month, they told me to collect my documents and that I was not hired. It was very shameful for this organization.

There are total 4 rounds. Aptitude is very important. If you pass that, you'll get a call for the first technical round, which is based on all the basic knowledge of your profile (like Unix, SQL, and software testing). The second technical round and the Manager round will test your in-depth knowledge of your profile with real-time examples. Finally, there's an HR round.
