Had a phone interview because of a referral. They looked for experience in Unix, Unix scripting, databases (oracle, sybase, db2, mysql, datastage, informatica), devops tools (Jenkins, team city, nagios, splunk, git, docker, chef, bamboo), ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, release management), and Java.

It was a short phone interview, really basic. They were mostly just checking if my skills matched what they needed for the job, and also if I could communicate and follow up with clients well. They reached out on Monday, and I was already working as a contractor by the next week.
