Apex Technology Management Interview Questions

So, for the Test Engineer job, the interviews were pretty organized. First, I had a chat with a recruiter. Then, there was a technical interview where they asked about how I solve problems, my knowledge of testing methods, and some real engineering situations. The people asking questions were clear, and they gave me space to explain stuff. I also got to ask about how the team works and what they expect from me. All in all, it felt pretty straightforward and relevant to the engineering stuff.

I applied online for the Systems Engineer role and heard back within a week. Since it was a remote position, the initial interviews were all phone-based. Later, I was invited for an in-person interview in Redding, with all expenses covered. The focus was mainly on assessing cultural fit. After meeting the team, I accepted their offer.

The first interview was about 30 minutes, and Scott asked different 'what if' scenarios. I felt really comfortable. The second interview was similar, focusing more on personality 'what if' questions.
