they took a face to face interview, then asked questions about my skills and asked me to write a SQL program. Last but not least, there was a discussion with the project manager about my role, and a final round with HR where we discussed salary and the work contract.
The hiring process was quite slow; it took them a while to respond via email and schedule an interview. The interview itself was two hours long and involved six people. Although everything seemed positive, I was rejected after ten days.
I had an HR phone screen, then a manager phone screen. After that, I had an in-person interview with three managers and a facility tour. The offer came two weeks later, followed by another two weeks for background checks. No drug test was mentioned.
