It was a 3 stage process and pretty simple! I got to talk to people from different parts of the company, which was awesome for getting to know the team. It gave me a good feel for how things are run and the company culture.
I was initially reached out to for a first phone conversation with a recruiter. This was followed by a scheduling of a conversation with the hiring manager. I then had the opportunity to go on-site and meet with the manager and several other team members. I also took an assessment, which I believe was a reasoning and personality test, and then participated in a virtual panel interview with several individuals. Some of the panelists were people I would be collaborating with, while others were perhaps in a training capacity or there to offer an external perspective.
Had a Teams meeting with the Hiring Manager. Did a personality assessment. Then a Teams meeting with the peer group. Finally, an in-person meeting with the Hiring Manager and the Team. The whole thing took about 2 weeks. It was a pretty smooth process.
