A recruiter from the parent company did an initial screen. After that call, I was brought to the facility for an interview with the director of rehab. It was a quick process. They seemed to have reviewed my resume before contacting me for the prescreen.
It was an in-person interview that lasted about 45 minutes. They asked around 5 questions, covering my resume and clinical experience. I also had time to ask questions about the facility and the position, and I spoke with the current OT about the job too.
I had an in-person interview with the rehab manager. We talked about my education, experience, and any conditions I wouldn't feel comfortable treating. They also wanted to check out my leadership and conflict-resolution skills. The interviewer was pretty chill and easy to chat with.
