It starts with HR looking at resumes to see who fits. Then there's a quick call to check if you're motivated and a good fit. After that, the hiring manager or team will do a technical interview, maybe with a case study or practical test. You might have to do a behavioral survey too, to see how you work with others. Then, there are more interviews with different people, focusing on your past experiences and how you'd handle situations. They also check if you fit with the company culture. For this role, you'll probably meet with the CEO to talk about your vision and leadership style and how it matches the company's strategy.
The whole process was fast and efficient. After the phone screen, the onsite interview was set up really quickly. I got called back immediately after the interview. They also extended the offer really fast.
The interview process involved three rounds. The interview questions were of moderate difficulty, neither too hard nor too simple. Confidence and strong verbal communication skills are key to success. There were two technical interviews and one behavioral interview round.
