It was multiple rounds, including one with the recruiter, another with a manager, and a final interview with 2 managers. The questions are simple, straightforward behavioral questions. The first one with the recruiter was over the phone, and the rest were on Zoom.

It began with a recruiter call, which was good. The process was supposed to be three interviews with hiring managers, then an assessment, and finally an office visit. I got to the hiring manager stage. The interviewers seemed uninterested and even mentioned that the company was flat with no job opportunities, which struck me as odd. At that point, I knew I wouldn't proceed further in the interview process.

I had a business case for the position I was working in. The business case involved providing solutions for a tech company's problems. Overall, it was a pleasant interview experience.
