Apex Clean Energy Interview Questions

The interview was conducted over zoom with the head of the Payables dept. It started with a general "introduce yourself" question and then branched from there to cover specific skillsets, how you manage your work style, and then transitioned to company specific benefits and how the office functioned.

Scheduling was a breeze with great communication throughout. The initial phone screen and subsequent two interviews were smooth, and the interviewers were pleasant and efficient. The final interview definitely threw some unexpected questions my way, but there were also some questions that showed real interest in me.

The interview process involved several stages. It began with an HR conversation, followed by two more discussions directly with the team. While the interviews were generally standard, they became a bit repetitive after completing all the rounds.
