So, the interview process is pretty standard: first, you have an HR screening, then you meet with the hiring manager, and finally, there's a client round. It's a typical flow, but honestly, they don't give any feedback. After you're done with the interviews, you're just left guessing what's next.
First, I had an HR call. Then, I did a HackerRank code submission. After that, there was a culture fit interview. The second HR round involved a salary negotiation. Ultimately, HR informed me that the position had been filled by someone else and then sent a rejection email.
The interview process was pretty good. The company seems to really care about whether candidates have used ADP. If you have that experience, it's probably a good role for you. If not, you might be better off looking somewhere else to save your time.
