After applying online, I had an initial phone interview. The other interviewers seemed to just be flirting around with candidates and not serious about hiring. They should have enough people in there so far.
It was a super chill chat. They looked over my resume and discussed what they're looking for right now. Asked maybe two or three behavioral questions. Felt like they really wanted someone with a specific skillset. Didn't get the job in the end, but it was a good experience overall.
There were many phone conversations (one-on-one) and group phone interviews. It also included in-person presentations to a group and in-person chats with the hiring group. It was a time-consuming process but the follow up and the engagement was amazing and considerate.
