Candidate-reported interview process

Three rounds of interviews where they really dug into my strengths, what I've done before, and my main skills. It felt like a detailed way to check my skills, how I act, and if I'm a good fit for the job.

I was reached out to by a recruiting firm. The interviewer was chill and made me feel welcome. They asked pretty standard questions. I sensed I was too qualified for the job by the end.

The process had two stages: first HR, then the manager. They asked about my behavior and how I react in certain situations, looking for concrete examples from past experiences. Overall it was smooth, with no tricky questions.
