Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process usually involves a panel interview followed by an HR call for compensation discussion. Overall, it's a good and concise process, not too lengthy. Results are delivered promptly without much waiting.

Connected with HR first. Then a technical round with questions ranging from basic to detailed, covering background and job-specific knowledge. After that, salary negotiations and a smooth onboarding process. A laptop for work was delivered to my home.

The interview process was smooth and up to the mark. I got selected after 2 rounds of interviews, but actually there were 3 rounds in total. First was the HR round which discussed the salary structure. Then there was the first round with technical people discussing skills. The third and final round was with the head of the department, and it went smoothly.
