It was a pretty easy 3 round interview. It started with a phone screen, then there was a sales roleplay, and finally an in person interview that was all expenses paid. The recruiter was very helpful and available and even held a prep call for the roleplay.
I really enjoyed talking with my recruiter, and the interview process was pretty easy. I had 1 round with the recruiter, and 2 rounds with other product managers. I thought they went really well, but the recruiter completely ghosted me afterwards. I followed up twice and have never heard back - not even a rejection. I’m really disappointed that this is how the process is ending.
It was a pretty underwhelming interview process. The interviewer rescheduled 3 times, which made it seem like an easy interview process. I guess I dodged a bullet with the job.
