I applied online and they got back to me super fast. Even though the interview was really short and I answered everything perfectly, they still declined me. It was pretty obvious they were being ageist, which was a horrible vibe.
Started with a quick phone chat with the hiring manager. Then, I had an in-person interview on-site where I met three managers from the food and beverage team. I also met HR.
The hiring manager emailed me to schedule an interview for the next day. When I arrived, the manager was 30 minutes late. They asked me about three questions and then had to leave for another meeting. They mentioned they would let me know their decision later that day, but I never heard back, which was pretty unprofessional.
