I got hired at a career fair from college. It was a super fast process. I interviewed with a senior engineer and an HR person. They asked some standard resume questions first, then some more specific ones based on my past jobs, like "Tell me about a time you showed initiative or innovation at X Company?"
It was a 3 round interview. There were 2 technical rounds and 1 managerial round. The interview was pretty average.
It was a pretty chill interview process, with standard interview questions. They didn't ask anything too tricky. The interviewer was really nice and answered all my questions. I found out where I was in the process the day after.
