Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was good. I interviewed with the executive I would be supporting. It was very comfortable and nice, and there wasn't a lot of pressure. The offices were nice too.

I applied by email and heard back super fast. Then I had a phone call with the ops manager to chat about the job. After that, I met the ops manager in person for some typical interview questions. Then, I met with the agent who seemed to have a totally different idea of the job than what was written. We played email tag for like 3 weeks and then they told me they hired someone else. I was overqualified and had recommendations, but they offered minimum wage and said any extra work was a conflict of interest. They also wanted a 'diversity hire' and someone to teach them social media. The pay is impossible to live on for what they're asking. Total waste of time.

My interview process was amazing. Michael Conway is very versed and deeply cares for his employees. It helps to have a referral. I had a 30minute interview that turned into an hour.
