I had two phone screens with the COO and the outgoing HR, and then one in-person interview with the CEO and COO. Both were really long and very thorough interviews. It was super clear that the CEO and COO knew exactly what they wanted for their team.
The interview process was pretty standard, nothing out of the ordinary. I kind of regret going through it because in hindsight, it wasn't a good company and the role wasn't quite what I initially thought or what was described. It felt like a waste of time.
This was a long process that lasted over 4 months. There were many callbacks and testing opportunities. They were keeping their current rep in limbo while they interviewed me because they were waiting to fire her.
