I had a call with HR first to discuss my resume and the role. Then, I was given a writing assignment. After that, I interviewed with the team, and finally, with the SVP.
I had a conversational interview style with insightful questions, where the interviewer seemed more interested in me as a person than my resume. I got invited back for a second interview, but unfortunately, I didn't end up getting an offer.
The interview process was professional but not too tedious. The interviewer was very personable and mixed in a good balance of technical and personality based questions. Overall experience was a positive one.
