Candidate-reported interview process

The first step was an online application. Second round was a normal amount of psychometric testing. The third round was a video questions and answers interview then the last round was an assessment center.

So, there was an online interview. It had 7 questions in total. For each question, you get two minutes to listen to it (you can replay the video as much as you want) and then two minutes to prepare your answer. You get two attempts to answer each question.

It was a standard first round online interview. They asked common competency questions, mostly about my experiences. There were also some technical questions about the insurance industry and what I was specifically interested in at AON.
