Standard job application after being redirected from LinkedIn. There were typical assessments to be done if you made it through followed by an interview with the direct hiring manager with pretty standard questions about the role.
after submitting an application form, adding a CV and cover letter, there is a selective 10-minute telephone interview which is purely motivational. There is no reply afterwards from HR for rejected candidates. I applied in April and did my interview in late May.
It was a very straightforward interview. They asked about my experience with client-facing jobs and my strengths and weaknesses. The HR team was quick to respond to any questions I had.
