Candidate-reported interview process

It was a two-stage process. First, I had a casual conversation with a senior team member. Then, there was a more in-depth competency-based interview with two other senior people. Both interviews were conducted over WebEx, a week apart.

It was an average interview. They asked basic questions about the process and some basic scenarios related to business rules and client script notifications. There was one technical interview with three panelists, and later a leadership interview.

It was a prerecorded interview with some prompts. I didn't get any follow-up or feedback. Four months later, I got an email saying they went with someone else.
