Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was pretty easy. It started with basic resume-related questions and then moved on to Excel, which was fine. They also asked about my educational background, family, and other personal details. It's important to know your resume really well. Guesstimate questions are also a basic part of the interview.

The interview process was long and continuous. It started with a virtual interview. After a couple of weeks, I had four zoom interviews scheduled back to back with no breaks in between. Make sure you come prepared with a lot of questions because I ran out during the process.

The interview process included a written component followed by calls with key stakeholders. The HR round was straightforward, with a greater emphasis on technical aspects for this particular role. The process can differ significantly between teams. The overall turnaround time was quite decent, taking a little less than 3 months from the first interview to the offer.
