The interview process was straightforward and the team was professional and communicated clearly. Overall, it was a standard experience. The interview went smoothly. The questions were typical, and the process followed the usual steps. Nothing unexpected.
The interview was pretty straightforward. It had two parts: first, a chat with HR, and then a meeting with the hiring manager. They were pretty good about getting back to me, and I heard from them within a couple weeks.
First, HR screens you to see if you're a good fit, talks about salary, and checks your availability. Then, you talk with the hiring manager about your skills and how you'll help the team. They'll ask about your problem-solving and how you work with others. After that, you'll meet with a group of people for a panel interview to see how you fit with the team and the company culture, and if you can handle the job's challenges. They'll ask situational and behavioral questions. Finally, you'll have another chat with the hiring manager to go over everything and make sure you're both on the same page before they decide.
