Started with a remote interview, then an in-person one. A lot of the people you'll be working with were part of the interviews. At the in-person stage, you meet the same people again plus a partner. They were really welcoming, told you about their day-to-day, and asked about your career goals.
The panel interview process was ridiculous. I was being asked the same question over and over by the new employees coming in and constantly repeating myself and my answers. An IT guy asked me so many unrelated questions to my job, and I suspect he's the reason I didn't get the job.
The process started with short introductions, getting to know the company and the interviewer. I then answered some questions from the interviewer. The interviewer was friendly and kept the conversation fairly casual.
