I applied online, which was pretty straightforward and took only a few minutes. I got an email confirmation right after submitting. The HR recruiter called within 2-3 days for an initial 30-minute interview. It was a very pleasant process. After that, an interview with the hiring manager was scheduled shortly after. There were no tricky questions, just ones to get to know me better.
I talked to a recruiter and then had two more interviews over about 3 weeks. The second interview was a panel with 2 people from Anywhere. Everyone was pretty nice and professional, but the hiring decision took ages, like months. I tried reaching out to the recruiter many times by email and phone towards the end, but they just ghosted me. I never even got a heads-up that I didn't get the job. It was a total bummer not hearing anything back after going through multiple interviews, and honestly, it felt really unprofessional and disrespectful.
There was 1 recruiter screening and then 2 interview rounds, the last one being an in-person tour where you have to get there yourself. It was pretty simple. I found out about the job and company through a LinkedIn message from the recruiter who contacted me, and they were pretty helpful. If you have some background in IT like a degree, certificate, or past work, it shouldn't be too hard. They're happy to train you on the job, so most questions weren't super technical.
