Candidate-reported interview process

Met at their office, asked about my studies and skills. Then toured the gym and sales office spaces. Received vague promises about career growth.

It was a very casual, formal, and comfortable interview. It was more about getting to know you, your qualifications, how you can be best suited for the role, and your previous experiences and situations you encounter on a daily basis.

Depending on the specific role, you can expect between one and three interviews. Typically, the process starts with a phone interview. Following that, there might be a second interview, and then potentially a third in-person interview. In some cases, it might just be a phone interview followed by an in-person interview.
