Candidate-reported interview process

The owner didn't even ask me any interview questions. I felt like he wrote me off as soon as I walked through the front door. The entire process was a waste of my time. I felt like I was on a gym tour, not a job interview.

it was easy to get a contract since i paid rent regularly. they asked about my previous training experience and my client relationships. they also asked about group sessions. fitness 3 and 4 certificates are required.

It was just some basic questions about yourself, like what's your hobby and other basic questions to introduce yourself. They also asked me if I could commit to certain working hours, like public holidays or late evenings.
