Candidate-reported interview process

The interviewer was chill and the questions were pretty basic. They mostly wanted to check if I had the right attitude and if I understood what a key value at the company is.

After applying, I didn't hear back for about a month and a half. Then I got an email, followed by a few phone calls from the recruiter. They actually gave me the wrong time for the interview, so I had to go back to the office later that day for a very short, 5-minute interview.

I spoke with the German manager about the hiring process. The conversation was amicable and professional. She explained the company's operations and internal systems. I was impressed by both the manager and the company, despite the office in Torremolinos being unassuming.
