Applied through school job finder website, got reply really fast. Received an email the next day and set up a time for the first HR interview. The first round was an HR phone interview where we talked about my resume and projects, and they introduced their program and company information. The second round was a technical interview that focused on basic Java questions and SQL knowledge.

So the first step was just a quick phone chat where we talked about my resume and the company. Then they told me about a short training program they have and asked if I was interested. They're hiring for two roles, a Java developer and a .NET programmer. The first interview was basically to get to know me better, like what programming language I know best and when I could start working.

First, there was a phone interview where I discussed my projects and the interviewer told me about their company. Then, there were technical interviews that covered basic OOP concepts. They mentioned they'd schedule three more rounds via Skype, so I need to get ready for those.
