Candidate-reported interview process

they hire people like two rounds and they asked so many technical questions about database JAVA C++ and other languages. And then they gave me an puzzle question to solve.

First phone interview was straightforward questions about you and they will introduce their company's profile. Second phone interview was technical interview in which you would be asked about programming concepts. You have to know basic concepts of programming; if not, you cannot apply to any software development job. Last interview was Skype interview if you are not local to Washington DC. This interview you would talk to manager and your recruiters. If everything went well, expect the offer incoming in couple days.

First interview was with HR, they went over my resume and projects and talked about the company's training program. Then, a second technical interview happened where they asked Java OOP questions but no algorithm questions.
