The interview process included an initial screener, followed by a panel interview, and then a project-based interview where I had to present and do a role-play in front of a panel. The interviewers were nice, but the overall process felt too long. The projects were very time-consuming, and I never received any feedback on them. Each step involved waiting about 1-2 weeks to hear back. After dedicating weeks and many hours to the presentations, it was quite disappointing to not get any explanation for why I wasn't selected. I've heard from others that the work culture is toxic and that employee turnover is high.
Applied online and got an interview invite in two weeks. Straight to interviews with two people, no recruiter call first. Interviewers were nice, but the hiring manager and the other person didn't talk about salary or start date, which they usually do in the first round. Thought it went okay, but then they ghosted me even after I followed up.
The process was way too long. After months and multiple interviews, they never got back to me with a decision. I even tried to follow up and got no response. It's wild how uncaring they can be to candidates, especially for a company that's supposed to be about doing good.
